Your Archon watch is covered by a 12 month international warranty from its date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear of components, or damage caused by accident or mishandling, or the loss or theft of your watch. Any modification of your watch by the addition of non-original parts, or the substitution of parts with non-original parts will void your warranty.
The warranty does NOT cover:
• Watch Crystal.
• Damage resulting from mishandling, accidents or normal wear and tear.
• Water damage caused by improper use or mishandling.
• Watch Case, Bracelet, Clasp

c. A short explanation of the defect
d. A photo of the defect
After we have reviewed your request and we will instruct you on how to pack and ship the watch to our warranty facility.
Returns & ExchangesWe accept returns within 21 days from the date of delivery for watches purchased through our online site. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the watch must be in new, unworn condition with all accessories and manuals included in the shipment.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges of items sold through our network of retailers.
